Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
My wife & I just purchased a new house in Boone Iowa, we are both on house papers but only she is on loan papers can she do a deed & lew without my concent? & if so do I have first option to refinance house?

If you're on the deed you're in good shape. That's what's important. You're going to need to clarify the situation with the mortgage by getting your name on it, in the event that she decides she's not goingto make payments any more.
