Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
Withdraw
My wife deposited money in my account. She is not on my account but they let her take money out the next day and cause my account to go under costing me over $100.00 just in overdraft fees. Is there legal action I can take here twards the bank for allowning someone that is not on the account to withdraw money?

Yes, you can file a damage suit against the bank.
