Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
banckruptcy disabled
i need to know how to file bankruptcy without knowing all my creditors and the amount owed. I also can not afford a lawyer. what can i do being disabled?

It Will be necessary for you to thoroughly investigate and attempt to find all your creditors, some people start with running a credit report, but that will cost you around $30, and by mail it could take weeks. Some credit reporting agencies may operated on the interenet, and some places have established business for that purpose like " Credit Info Net ".
