Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
After a Bankruptcy, the auto loan holder has not picked up the vehicle. (90 + days).
At what point can I charge them a fee for "storing" their vehicle ?

Probably never. Just because the lender might have a lien, does not mean the lender owns the vehicle. If the title is in your name, even if the lender has a lien, then the vehicle is your vehicle, not the lender's.
