Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
Am currently in a chapter 13, making payments monthly. Was told at the begining that if I won lotteries or came into any money, that would have to be turned over. Is all of it to be turned over or just what we owe?

That's up to the bankruptcy trustee. Contact your bankruptcy attorney and he or she will explain all this to you. Did you do your bankruptcy yourself?
