Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
If common law wife left me and she is going bankrupt on her personnal credit cards & a car that she bought that the dealership put in my name even though I didn't go down and buy or even fill out any paper work.she said dealership mgr signed then she said she signed now she says she brought paperwork for me to sign. I called toyota finance co they said it was fraud the sheriff said it was ID theft .I dont have any money to make payments . I was told they would take my home/bussiness.

Not sure what your question is. If it is fraud and identity theft, then you should not be responsible for the debt.
