Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa

Got divorce and he filed for bankruptcy when we were married we had a credit card bOth Names on it but. When we divorce and he filed bankruPcy. They said I had to Pay it off well I am at 25.00 a month it has been since 2004 And still pay on it is there anyway I can get him to pay it off he gets full Navy retirement plus partisal social security I'm only getting 674.00 a month so can he pay I asked legal aid and they told me to send the papers and I dId and they got lost in the mail but can't he pay it please help thanks doris You can call if need to or email #3197956247

Same question as posed before, same answer. They can't garnish social security or pension income. If your ex has already declared bankruptcy he's out of the picture.
