Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
If I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy court and I have a federal tax return where I get money back but I have a state return that I owe money to the government...shouldn't my tax liability to the state be subtracted from what I owe the trustee from my federal tax return?
