Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
Both myself and my girlfriend need to file bankruptcy. We also want to get married. I was wondering if we get married prior to filing bancruptcy, will we be able to file after the marriage as a legal couple and take care of both of our issues at once or is there some law I don't know about that would prevent us from packaging the deal.
