Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
My husband and I filed Chapter 7 and completed trial on November 19, 2009.
We have received discharge and are beginning to prepare 2009 taxes.
My question is whether we can receive an income tax refund if awarded and do we need to complete taxes differently from previous years?
