Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
I have the papers filled out for the bankrupsty for my brother. He has been able unemployed for 2year~ hence the Bankrupsty. He went to legal aid for help~ but after a couple months~ they said they were over booked. (whatever) so they turned my brother away. we have filled out the papers~ what do we need to do to get this filed?

Head on down to the Federal courthouse downtown and file them yourself, of course paying the filing fee. It would be a good idea to have a bankruptcy attorney review them for completeness and accuracy.
