Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
I am currently receiving federal student loans to get my master's degree. I also have $16000 in debt on credit cards which I can no longer afford to pay. If I file Bankruptcy, will i lose my eligibility to receive federal student loans? Thanks.
