Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
Is social security income exempt in a chapter 7 bk.
Is the 403b exempt.

Pension and social security income is exempt from garnishment, if that's what you mean. Beyond that you'll have to consult a bankruptcy lawyer to assess the applicability of 403(b) plans. The question would be whether the assets that back the plan are exempt.
