Wage Garnishment after bankruptcy?

I was sued in 1994.. and lost...

owing $15,000 i claimed bankruptcy chapter 7 in Aug 95

and included this crediter in my papers claiming bankruptcy.. it was the only reason i claimed chapter 7 to begin with

now they are garnishing my wages for this thing...

with some kind of ''writ''.. is this legal?.. and who do i talk to...?

Most debts are dischargeable (bankruptcy term which means able to be eliminated) in a typical Chapter 7 case. However, there are certain debts that cannot be discharged. These are usually debts which involve fraud or similar bad conduct. Also debts connected with child support and taxes cannot be discharged. What kind of debt was involved in the old lawsuit?
