Re: Wage Garnishment after bankruptcy?

Most debts are dischargeable (bankruptcy term which means able to be eliminated) in a typical Chapter 7 case. However, there are certain debts that cannot be discharged. These are usually debts which involve fraud or similar bad conduct. Also debts connected with child support and taxes cannot be discharged. What kind of debt was involved in the old lawsuit? Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss this in greater detail. ph. (800) 303-0720
