Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Iowa
Last week we had a hearing on our bankruptcy, for a reaffirmation for our vehicle. The judge gave us an extension of 60 days because we really can't afford our car and to go home and think about whether to keep it or not. We have filed a recission to the reaffirmation on our vehicle, do we still have to wait the 60 days to finance another affordable vehicle.
