Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I got a used 1989 car, for about 2,300. Three weeks later the transmission blew. Upon going to get the plates, I discovered that the title was still in the previous owner's name and not in the company that I had bought it from because the business let their buyers liscense expire. What can I do?

You might be able to raise a stink about the buyer's license but as far as getting your money back you've only got small claims court to look to.
