Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
Built house in 2013. Signed contract with city to pay for sewer hookup prior to installment. Seven months after installment I receive bill in mail. Do I have to pay?

If you are asking if you are required to pay for something for which you did not pay when you were supposed to have done so, the answer is yes.
