Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
business
I am partnered with two others, my name is also on all of the paperwork, like liquor license etc.. They are making all decisions without me and trying to push me out. What legal action can I take?

Depends on the business structure (partnership/corporation/LLC) and the agreement you entered into when you started or joined the business. You should consult an attorney to discuss your situation and to review your partnership agreement/operating agreement/bylaws.
