Contract with LLC
Can just one member of LLC sign a contract on behalf of Company or all member's signature should be there.

A company functions through the Board of Directors. Unless the terms of contract or the law governing such contracts so provide, any person duly authorised by the Board of Directors can sign for and on behalf of a company.

Yes. Any one person who is a authorized signatory of the limited liablity company can sign. Any employee or director can be authorized by a resolution passed for that purpose or the authorization may come from articles.
