Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

I am a co-owner of a business. I feel the other owner fired an employee inappropriately and also put on probation. We run a gym. As a co-owner I had an affair with one of our Coaches at the gym. The Coach was fired and I was put on probation by the other co-owner. I was asked to turn in everything related to the gym and all passwords and job responsibilities were taken away from me. The Co-Owner posted on a social medial site as well as sending an email to 100+ athletes at the gym explaining why our Coach was fired and also stating all my duties were turned over to her.
