Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

We have a corporation and also a DBA for that corporation. We want to create 2 EINs. Can we have one for the corporation and one for the DBA?

If not, how else can one corporation create 2 EINs? We need two EINs for business purposes...don't ask why as its very complicated...we just do!

A DBA does not necessarily create a whole new business entity. The EIN you use for the corporation would be the same for the DBA. I'm not sure why you need two differetn ones though.

That was pretty much what I said the last time this was posted Jared. Set up a second wholly owned corporation and get another EIN. Simple and legal.
