I want to sell out or dissolve myself from a family corporation. How do I do this ?

It depends on what your interest in it is and whether the other proprietors want to buy you out. If you are an officer you can resign.
They can either buy you out or, I suppose, you can abandon your interest and/or convey it over at no cost to the others.
