Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
early retirment plan
I am 66 years old and just retired from my job of 24 years in July. 2 weeks after I retired I found out they were offering an early retirement plan that would mean a substantial amount of money for me. Am I too late to get in on this?

Re: early retirment plan
I'm thinking that this question is properly directed to the people you worked for and whether you qualified for the plan. On the other hand, if the plan was in existence and they did not offer it to you for some ulterior motive then you might have something to go after them about.
