Can I get a new EIN for my business if its just a DBA ?

Do you already have a business entity with an EIN and this is just another DBA for that business entity? If so, then no you don't need to get another EIN. If you are a sole proprietor and don't have a registered business entity, then you don't need an EIN either - jsut use your social security number.
However, you also have the option of transferring your exisiting EIN to the new DBA. If that is what you want to do, then tell the IRS in a letter that you wish to change your EIN from one DBA to another and mail the letter and new DBA notorized form to the IRS.
