Email Contract
Does an email summary of a verbal commitment made between 2 parties hold up in a court of law after a default versus a signed agreement?

Without more in the way of specific facts I couldn't really say, althought I think a signed agreement would probably trump nearly anything else. You may not even get to introduce the email summary and the verbal commitment as it's parol evidence.
