If an employee accidentally sends one customer's personal information, including their SSN, to another customer is this grounds for termination?

Iowa is a right to work state. Unless you have a contract of employment you can be fired for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all.

Probably is unless you have a union contract. I'd agree with the other lawyer's answer about Iowa being a right to work state; which is a misnomer, since it's really a right to fire state.
