Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I formed an LLC in iowa last march.
What do I need to do to keep the LLC "legal"?
Someone mentioned something about "CORPORATE COMPLIANCE"...but I have no idea what forms I need to file or where to get them.
The iowa state website is useless.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Like a corporation, you need to complete formative - inception details like having an operating agreement, issuing member interests in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
