Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
A friend & I started a business tax id fictitious name & everything is in my name he had the equipment he set up a bank acct with my business name & tax id # under his name so I could not get access i never signed papers at the bank we made over $6000 he paid me $600 & refuses to give me any money or pay the taxes what can I do about it?

Sue him in small claims court and try and prove that you had an oral contract.
