Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I have a girlfriend who has lived with me for about 9 monthes, she has paid me some money to live for rent. i want her to leave, wondering what if any rights she has.

In the absence of any agreement she is a tenant at will which means your relationship is governed by Iowa landlord and tenant law. You'll have to go through the formal eviction process.
