High School Sprots Schedule Advertising
Is it legal for me to obtain a HIGH SCHOOL sports schedule, put it on a poster, and sell ad space on that poster, then distribute a set number of the posters free to the public, and keep the profits for my company?

Are you sure that the schedule of sports is not copyright protected? It seems to me that the prudent course would be to get the school's permission before you go and start making money off their sports schedule.
