Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
home business
have a home recording studio, and I'm dealing with a customer who is upset about some lost music that was recorded, and I only guarantee customers music files for 30 days
but he is insisant that his files are not that old so how do I deal with this? He is threating to sue me for his music projects not getting done.

Either you have his files or you don't. If you have them give them over. If you don't, tell him you don't have them. Then if he wants to sue you, he can. Nothing you can do about that. I hope your agreement was on paper.
