I have a family that owes me money. It has been sent to small claims court but now the father of the family is threatening me by trying to bring my personal life into my business. He says that I am partying, having the cops over, and that I am drunk all the time while children are in my care. He has tried to call my husband and lie about my personal life to him as well. He is now threatening to get me closed down. What can I do?

It sounds to me like you have a daycare center in your home and this family stiffed you. The first thing to do is hire an attorney and let them deal with this.
