Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

I am currently involved in a lawsuit for conspirecy to commit fraud. The lawsuit is because my father bought merchandise to resell in his buisness. He didn't pay for the product and he was in the process of moving his company to my area. He asked me if I would help him unload the trailers of his products so he could move his business. I helped him unload the trailers with no knowledge of the circumstances behind the product. I was just helping my dad. But the plantiffs are going after anyone they can including the trucker that brought the loads up. They state that we were trying to help hide the product. I have no connection at all with my fathers business and no ties to him. My attourney submitted a response denying all alligations and a sentance that is confusing to me is "The Separate Defendant my name further asserts the affirmative defenses of

unclean hands, waiver, estoppel, and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted". What does this mean for me. I haven't been able to get ahold of my lawyer so I'm real confused if this is good or bad.
