Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I took a new job & start Jan 7. @ my previous job I was gonna put my notice in this Friday. .according to our company policy the first of the year u get your new vacation.so o still would be working that time period even to I'm going to new job on7th..legally do i get my vacation?

That's a question between you and your employer. I think you'll lose the two weeks if they fiund out about it.
