Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

What legal rights do I have to protect myself from a purchase of a time share Spinnacher, and I was lied to, mislead about the product. I do not want this purchase and a I think what I have done, is made some sort of contract. I contacted Spinnacher by phone and left messages about the complaint, and the complaint of the sales representative on the purchasing of the time share. They said I was totally responsible for the payments to Spinnacker . I have made two attempts in writting complaints about the illegal action of Spinnacher , and what they did. I have received little response from them, Nothing from the BBB, the CofC replied with, they understood my problem but could do nothing about it, the Attorney Generals office replied that they are still investigating the situation. This happened in Branson, Missouri . And now, I have Spinnacher calling about payment but also the Bank of America which Spinnacher initiated as part of the contract which is just one of the many lies and misleading statements to sale the timeshare. I have learned about the Con work way to let If I would have been more knowledgeble of Spinnacher, this would never of happened. I am not sure what this falls under, Real Estate or contracts

Do you mean that you purchased a time share and now regret that decision? I suggest you retain an attorney to protect your rights.
