Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
Listed as a director of my soon to be x husband business which is an LLC what do I have legal rights to ? also are there suppose to be yearly meeting minutes and am I supposed to be included on those ???

An attorney will need to review the governing documents of the LLC to provide an answer. Usually persons with an equity (ownership) interest in an LLC are called members. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
