Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I live in a mobile home park, I have a lien on my car and mobile home for 2700 dollars. The county officals are trying to shut down the park. The organization that owns the park has not had a business license in my state since 1994. My question is they are trying to evict me or make us move in the next 90 days if the water is not exceptable. How do i solve this issue?

I don't know how to solve your issue. You may lose everything. If the state shuts the park down for health and safety violations and you cannot move your trailer to another park. An eviction is a different procedure-it is pursued by the owner of the property if the tenant violates the rental agreement.
