Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
Local Bidding
Placed bid for local concession stand mid January. Was told that the due date will be February 28th. Was put off and changed to March 15th. On march 15th it was pushed to March 28th. Was told that they would be opening bids that night and winner would be notified on March 29th. Found out tonight they have not opened the bids. I need to know because my salesperson is wanting to set up an account and needs it due by April 31st.

Your "question" doesn't provide enough information. Is this a government entity or private? Are there written rules? If so read them and try to answer your own question or provide them and get a lawyer to give you a professional opinion on what to do.
