Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I am a member of a non-profit organization. For the past few meetings, another member has offered donations of goods for an event. She asked me to transport the items to the non-profit, which I agreed. The items were loaded in my car and before I could drop them off, she asked for them back. The non-profit states I accepted the items on their behalf and cannot return them. Am I obligated to give them to the non-profit or return to the donor?

The problem is between your consignor and the non profit. Let them thrash it out.
