Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
If I mowed someones lawn for the past 10 years could I send a bill to collect. The lawn adjoins mine and I just mowed them together. The person is wanting me to buy the property but but is asking a absorbant amount. I just did'nt know if I could approach him with some leverage to bring the price to a reasonable amount. thank you darrell

The answer to that is, unless you can show the existence of an agreement that you would mow the lawn in exchange for some valuable consideration the answer is no.
