non-compete / non-solicitation agreements
i work at a salon and i am planning
on going to a chair rental salon, 3
other employees are following suite.
Our owner has non compete, non
solicitaion agreements. i dispossed of
mine. does he have any legal
recourse against me. He was never
even aware if they were signed in
the first place..should i be
concerned? and my clients can they
follow me?

What do you mean you disposed of the noncompete agreement? Did you tear it up or throw it in the trash?
If you signed it it is a binding agreement and the previous employer has every right to sue you. I'm troubled by your casual treatment of a legal obligation.
