Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
i owned a business...then got married...8 months later my husband leaves....we own a motorcycle in ky name only before marriage...my business is a llc listing me as sole owner...he was listef as a signor to write checks...he borrowed $5000 under his name dba the business name and used my title for collaterol....he has made arrangements with bank to pay but bank is refusing to give me title so i can sell motorcyclw to pay business debt...what can i do
