Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
payments to weight loss company
Would I be responsible to pay for services not received even though they say there is a contract and they will turn over to collections BUT the contract I signed has another person's name on it and visa-versa. Is that contract legal then?

either you signed the contract or you did not. If you did not you're not liable. If you did you are.
