Permission to use video tape?
My employer is using a company video tape of me and is publishing it on podcasts for the entire company to see. Can they do this without my permission?

Re: Permission to use video tape?
Depends on the circumstance under which the tape was made and the purpose for which is it used now. If your employer had asked me, I would have suggested getting a release signed by you before publishing the tape no matter what the circumstances.
