Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
If a person, receives money western union & then sends the money to the person asking for the money, If this may be a scam of some sort am I held liable for anything?

If you do not know this person, I can almost promise you this is a scam. Likely, the "money" you received is counterfeit, and you will not know this until you send the other person the "extra" money.
