Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
We purchased candy to give away at a trade show. We have an idea to put a sticker on the candy with our name in celebration of our 20th Anniversary. We can affix the seal in such a way as to keep the ingredients, and the name of the candy, visible. Is there any legal liablity in doing this? Do we need to get in touch with the manufacturer to receive permission for this?

I don't see why it'd be an issue. I give candy away on Halloween to the kids. I figure if you buy it it's yours to do with as you please. If you ask them of course their army of lawyers will say No! Never!.
