Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
I purchased a newspaper subscription from a company. The newspaper was sold to a different company and then closed. Who is liable for the refund, if anyone is?

The last newspaper company would be responsible although I think that getting a refund from a closed newspaper might be troublesome.
