Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
ruined business by supplier
I sell products on amazon. one of my suppliers, (a past employeer) shipped substandard products to my customers, causing excessive refunds, returns and dissatisfied customers. I have now been blocked from selling on amazon. so far this year I had $42,000 in sales and was growing at a fast pace. I think this was intentional due to me being a past employee and they wanted to ruin my business. what can I do?

Re: ruined business by supplier
You have a lawsuit against the people who allegedly shipped a substandard product. Good luck collecting it.
