Selling chances to win a purchased product
I am wondering about the legality of purchasing a product and then selling chances to win that product online.
For example, on the website, I would promote this brand new Flat screen tv. And for $1 they could enter to win this brand new tv.
Could you tell me about the legal aspects of this?
