Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

I was in a single vehicle accident in a semi, my company agreed to allow me to ride back home with return load. They proceeded to drop the return semi and me at a truck stop in Morton, IL for more than six hours, leaving me with the impression the next driver would be arriving shortly. All while I have a head injury from the accident. They have also continued to ignore my inquiry as to weather I even have a job continues to be ignored. I'm am currently wondering what I should do continuing forward. I feel as though how they have and continue to handle the entire situation is very neglectful and infringing on my rights as an employee.

So what is your legal question? Did this accident happen in Iowa? Did you refuse treatment at thescene? Do you think you were fired or injured and not treated? Did you call an ambulance to get yourself treated? More facts and dates are needed.
